The Faculty of Science, Alexandria University held training course under title of “Safety precautions required for natural gas users” in collaboration with the Training Unit under supervision of Prof. Dr. Alaa Eldin Mustafa, the faculty Deputy for Community Service and Environment Development and the Acting Dean. The course was held on Wednesday 28/9/2016 in the green hall in Muharram Bek at 11:00 am. The course was delivered by Mr. Zaki Youssef, HSE General Manager at Natural Gas Company.

Mr. Youssef explained the safety standards for natural gas, pressure regulator, the filtration unit and how to deal with gas leak cases. He also announced the contact numbers for gas emergency (129-19990) for immediate reporting to the company in case of gas leak.
