Branches:
Chemistry department consists of three branches Organic, Inorganic and Analytical, and Physical Chemistry. The department contains 116 staff, 32 instructors, 20 lab technicians and 6 technical jobs.
Bachelor Degree:
Chemistry department is offering Special Chemistry Bachelor degree (B.Sc. of Chemistry) and 8 different General Chemistry Bachelor degrees, B.Sc. of: Physics & Chemistry - Chemistry & Botany - Chemistry & Microbiology - Chemistry & Zoology - Chemistry & Geology - Chemistry & Oceanography - Chemistry & Biochemistry - Chemistry & Environmental Sciences.
Graduate Studies (Diploma, M.Sc., Ph.D.):
The graduates can enhance their chemical experience by getting an applied Diploma, offered by the department, in the following chemistry fields:
- Petrochemicals.
- Forensic Chemistry (in collaboration with the department of Biochemistry).
- Analytical Chemistry.
- Applied Organic Chemistry.
- Applied Inorganic Chemistry.
- Applied Physical Chemistry.
